Kimberly Broadnax is the owner of KB Consultants Group and KB Agency, and the Founder and CEO of Pennington Gap, Inc. Above every title, she is a woman of God—guided by faith, grounded in purpose, and committed to serving others. She is also the proud mother of four children and a devoted Nana to a granddaughter who holds her heart.

For more than 20 years, Kimberly has advocated for individuals with developmental disabilities, working alongside agencies and families across multiple states. Throughout her career, she has witnessed both the impact of compassionate care and the harm caused when people’s needs and rights are overlooked. Those experiences inspired her to build an agency rooted in integrity, dignity, and accountability.

At KB Consultants Group, Kimberly leads with a personal approach. She believes quality support begins with listening, building trust, and recognizing each person’s strengths, choices, and goals. Her commitment extends to the individuals served, their families, and the team members who support them.

Her passion for empowering youth is equally strong. Through Pennington Gap, Inc., and her personal mentorship, Kimberly offers encouragement, guidance, and opportunities to children beyond her own family. She strives to help young people see beyond their circumstances, experience new possibilities, and recognize their God-given potential.
