Kimberly Broadnax is the visionary Owner of KB Consultants Group, KB Agency, and the Founder and CEO of Pennington Gap Inc. But before any title, role, or achievement, she is first and foremost a Woman of God—guided by faith, anchored in purpose, and devoted to service. She is the proud mother of four extraordinary children and the cherished Nana to a granddaughter who holds her entire heart.
For more than twenty years, Broadnax has poured her life into advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities. Her journey has taken her across multiple states, working alongside countless agencies and families. Along the way, she witnessed both the beauty of the work—and the painful realities of neglect and abuse within the system. Refusing to remain silent or complicit, she chose action over words. That conviction led her to create an agency rooted not in profit, but in integrity, protection, and compassion.
At its core, her agency is not a business—it is a family. Intentionally small and deeply personal, it embraces every team member, client, and family as part of an extended household built on trust, dignity, and genuine care.
Her heart for youth runs just as deep. God has placed many children in her life—some biological, many not, yet all undeniably hers. She takes pride in being a parental figure to those who lacked that privilege, pouring love, guidance, and belief into every child she mentors. Her mission is to push them beyond perceived limits, expose them to new experiences, and help them discover their God-given greatness. She is unwavering in her belief that every child is unique, purposeful, and beautifully made.
Her life’s work is a reflection of her faith.
