My name is Kimberly Broadnax, owner of KB Consultants Group & Agency and Founder of Pennington Gap Inc. More than anything, I am a Woman of God, mother to four incredible children, and cherished Nana to my granddaughter, who holds my heart. Above all, my faith guides me. For over two decades, I've dedicated myself to working with individuals with developmental disabilities, a passion that runs deep within me. Having collaborated with numerous agencies across different states, I couldn't ignore the harsh realities of abuse in the field. It wasn't enough for me to simply voice my concerns; I knew I had to be proactive in finding solutions. Thus, I made the decision to establish my own agency.

At its core, my agency is a close-knit family. I'm committed to maintaining its small, family-oriented atmosphere, where every member, clients, and their families are embraced as part of our extended family.

Hello, I'm Gabrielle Tatum, proud to serve as the Executive Administrator at KBConsultants Group. With over a decade of experience in supporting children and individuals with mental and developmental disabilities, I bring a wealth of expertise to our team. My primary objective within this role is to become a catalyst for positive change, dedicated to ensuring the success and well-being of each and every one of our clients.
