As our founder, Kimberly Broadnax, I believe quality support starts with getting to know the person—their strengths, their choices, and what matters most to them. That belief guides our work with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families throughout the state of Ohio.

We help people build everyday skills, pursue personal goals, and take an active role in their communities. We also work alongside families and support teams, recognizing that trust grows through listening, communication, and follow-through.
