Greetings!

My name is Brandon Land. With many years of experience in the DD field in positions ranging from direct care to adult day cemter management for over 12 years, I am more than excited to continue my journey of being apart of changing lives in the community we serve. I have a great passion for helping people with a kindhearted approach and a caring spirit. I am also a father of 3, two beautiful daughters and a wonderful son. I look forward in continuing to advocate for our extended family here at Fragile Hearts.

Our goal is to provide optimal, trusted services within the DD population. It is imperative to us that the community we serve receive every opportunity to unlock what each day has to offer. We are determined to support our individuals who desire to be more independent. With a variety of programs at our center, the options are unlimited.
